In the rolling hills near the village of Llanblethian, there lies a mysterious stone circle known as Bedd Arthur. Local folklore tells of a curse placed upon the circle by an ancient druid, who was angered by the villagers’ disrespect for the land. It is said that anyone who dares to disturb the stones will be plagued by misfortune for the rest of their days. Despite warnings, a group of treasure hunters once attempted to excavate the site in the 17th century. Soon after, tragedy struck as their homes were consumed by fire, their crops failed, and their livestock perished. The survivors whispered of a haunting presence that followed them wherever they went, a reminder of the druid’s wrath. To this day, Bedd Arthur stands in quiet isolation, its stones weathered by time and untouchable by human hands.
